Global Corporate Lifestyle Manager

About the role

As a Global Corporate Lifestyle Manager you will be the primary point of contact for discerning corporate members, delivering seamless concierge services worldwide. You will work within the Servicing department, handling a broad range of lifestyle and leisure requests with a focus on speed, accuracy and personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Research and arrange travel bookings, restaurant and club reservations, health & beauty appointments, gift sourcing and tickets for sports, theatre and concerts.
• Manage intensive phone and email correspondence, adhering to company standards and maintaining a courteous tone.
• Take full ownership of each request, aiming to complete it within a single shift, set realistic deadlines and provide clear confirmations.
• Log all actions and maintain up‑to‑date member profiles in the Qforce CRM, including passports, ID numbers, preferences and post‑request feedback.
• Anticipate additional service needs such as transfers, spa treatments or early/late check‑ins and coordinate with Account Management to keep records accurate.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver beyond expectations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Qforce CRM for logging and managing client interactions.
