About the role

Scorp, a global consumer‑technology company, is seeking a resourceful Global Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for software engineers and other technical professionals across multiple markets. The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and partnership with hiring managers to build strong pipelines worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical positions on a global scale.
• Proactively source software engineers and technology talent using niche job boards, community networks, events, and alternative platforms beyond LinkedIn.
• Research talent markets in various countries, identify developer communities, and publish targeted job opportunities.
• Conduct English‑language interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Maintain clear candidate communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Track recruitment funnels, analyze sourcing‑channel performance, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support offer management and candidate closing processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably focused on technical roles.
• Proven track record recruiting software engineers and technology professionals.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong research, talent‑mapping, and direct‑sourcing capabilities.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Curiosity and initiative to discover new sourcing channels and local communities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles across different countries and time zones.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, creative, results‑oriented, and data‑driven approach.
