About the role

As a Guest Services Executive you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating welcoming first impressions and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. You will work closely with the hotel team to deliver memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s commitment to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests, complete check‑in, assign rooms and issue keys.
Process check‑out, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts.
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions.
Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to maximise revenue.
Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications.

Required profile

Passion for delivering warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
Integrity, teamwork, leadership and a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
