HR Global Services Advisor for Türkiye and Greece

About the role

The HR Global Services Advisor will lead HR operations for employees in Turkey and Greece, working from either our Istanbul or Athens office. You will deliver end‑to‑end HR services, ensure compliance with local legislation, and act as a trusted partner for managers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting on medium to high‑complexity issues, advising on local laws, HR systems and processes.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: pre‑hire checks, Workday hiring, onboarding, data changes, leave, disability claims, compensation, benefits and terminations.
• Implement and review country‑specific HR processes and policies to ensure legal and corporate compliance.
• Create and distribute informational materials on policies, recruitment, training, benefits and compensation.
• Identify trends and improve employee and manager experience across HR portals and services.
• Partner with peers to streamline processes, leverage automation and enhance system usability.
• Maintain internal HR control standards and address audit findings.
• Support regional and global HR projects, continuously improving onboarding and other services.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Turkish and Greek employment legislation.
• Hands‑on experience with HR operations, onboarding, payroll, benefits and employee data management.
• Proven ability to advise managers and employees on HR policies and processes.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate processes, metrics and analytics.
