On Trade Sales Supervisor – Ankara & Eskişehir

About the role

As an On Trade Sales Supervisor you will lead the field sales team covering Ankara and Eskişehir, driving sustainable growth for Pernod Ricard’s premium spirits portfolio. You will ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations while fostering a culture of conviviality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the on‑trade sales team through regular field accompaniment and constructive feedback.
• Set ambitious yet realistic sales targets, monitor KPIs and adapt plans based on market insights.
• Ensure flawless execution of commercial plans, promotions and activations at outlet level.
• Maintain disciplined route‑to‑market execution, guaranteeing brand visibility, availability and presentation in priority accounts.
• Build and nurture long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key on‑trade customers.
• Act as first point of escalation for customer and operational issues, resolving them pragmatically.
• Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Supply teams to translate national strategies into locally relevant field actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading on‑trade sales teams in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth targets.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, able to inspire and develop talent.
• Ability to analyse sales data, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality brand experiences.
