About the role

VFS Global is seeking an Operations Deputy Manager to lead its Visa Application Centre in Antalya. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the unit, ensuring profitability, compliance, and high‑quality service to diplomatic missions and foreign nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive unit profitability and achieve EBIT targets set by the region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consulate officials and ensure SLA compliance.
• Mentor teams, enforce SOPs, and oversee ISO‑related processes.
• Manage staff productivity, budget control, and resource allocation.
• Implement process enhancements to boost quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead new process roll‑outs and encourage innovative “Spark Ideas”.
• Conduct regular product and process training, and monitor performance through internal certifications.
• Oversee physical and data security, ensuring adherence to corporate security policies.
• Maintain and grow value‑added services to meet monthly and annual targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or a service‑industry environment.
• Proven experience managing teams and operational processes.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Strong adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and customer‑service orientation.
• Preferably residing in Antalya and familiar with local market operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
