About the role

Extreme Logistic is seeking an Operations Specialist to join its growing team in Istanbul. You will play a key role in managing international logistics processes and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on international transportation and shipment operations.
  • Plan and monitor loading, delivery, and related operational processes.
  • Coordinate with customers, drivers, agencies, and business partners.
  • Address operational challenges quickly with a solution‑oriented approach.
  • Ensure efficient execution of daily operational tasks.

Required profile

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish, English, and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of international logistics and road transportation processes, or a strong willingness to develop in this field.
  • Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work well in a team.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
