About the role

Cencora is seeking a motivated individual to join its warehouse team, ensuring temperature‑sensitive materials are stored and shipped under optimal conditions. The role supports the safe and efficient flow of goods while maintaining strict traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor temperature‑controlled materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identify and route on‑hold, damaged, or non‑conforming items according to handling procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to enable timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non‑standard handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping).
• Understanding of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability.
• Familiarity with temperature‑controlled handling and cold‑chain requirements.
• Ability to follow established procedures, maintain accurate records, and identify exceptions.
