Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

Oak Technology is scaling subscription‑based mobile apps used by millions worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who will own features end‑to‑end, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑quality experiences that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production‑ready Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
• Design responsive interfaces using Material and Cupertino widgets.
• Integrate REST APIs, third‑party SDKs, Firebase services, and monetisation solutions.
• Implement state management with Bloc, Riverpod, Provider or similar patterns.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and overall user experience.
• Support experimentation by adding analytics events, A/B tests, and feature flags.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong commercial experience building Flutter apps with Dart.
• Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, and clean architecture principles.
• Experience working in cross‑functional product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
