Senior PHP Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join our customer’s fully remote team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high‑quality software solutions across the entire development lifecycle, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, performant applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable PHP applications using Symfony.
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to design innovative solutions.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture.
• Ensure high code quality and maintainability through best‑practice adherence, code reviews, and automated testing.

• Strong technical background with a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to delivering sustainable, high‑quality software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish.
• Proven problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and experience with scalable system architectures.
