Software Developer (Java)

About the role

We are seeking a Java Software Developer to join our fast‑paced, self‑accountable team delivering enterprise‑level digital products for local and global markets. You will collaborate with consultants, project managers, QA, and other developers to build high‑quality, maintainable software.

Key responsibilities

• Implement product requirements, user stories and epics in clean, testable Java code.
• Design and document technical specifications and API details.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews and extensive testing.
• Take ownership of product quality, fixing bugs and improving performance.
• Continuously migrate solutions to newer frameworks and share findings in tech talks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Java development experience (Java 11+).
• Strong grasp of object‑oriented design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with microservices or SOA architectures.
• Fluent English communication skills.
