Spare Parts Coordinator

About the role

The Spare Parts Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end logistics of spare parts and service tools across Turkey. This role ensures that inventory is accurate, shipments are on time, and field service teams receive the components they need to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, transportation and returns for spare parts and service tools.
• Operate and maintain inventory transactions in WMS/GWMS, SAP and other work‑order systems, guaranteeing traceability.
• Handle spare‑parts applications, replenishment, stock transfers and urgent deliveries to support field service.
• Manage courier, trucking and freight shipments, working with warehouses, 3PL providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Support import/export and customs‑clearance processes, including HS‑code documentation.
• Monitor consumption, shortages, excess stock and ageing inventory; assist with safety‑stock and replenishment planning.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation, cycle counts and prepare regular logistics reports.
• Contribute to process improvement, system implementation and SOP development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in spare‑parts logistics, warehousing or service logistics.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong Excel proficiency for reconciliation and reporting.
• Knowledge of transportation, customs and import/export processes (preferred).
• Background in medical device, healthcare or technical‑service industries (preferred).
• Professional working proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
