About the role

Cencora is seeking a reliable driver to execute pickup and delivery activities for medical and pharmaceutical shipments. You will ensure timely, safe transport while adhering to temperature controls and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pickup and delivery of assigned shipments according to timing, handling, and documentation requirements.
• Verify shipment details, obtain required signatures or proof of delivery, and maintain accurate transport records.
• Transport materials, products, and medical samples following route plans, temperature controls, and transportation regulations.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and exceptions to support timely issue resolution.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and labeling to protect shipment integrity.
• Monitor vehicle condition and packaging supply levels, escalating maintenance or stock shortages as needed.
• Support specialized transport activities such as transfer‑point, airport, hand‑to‑hand, and adjusted schedule assignments.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, courier operations, or delivery services.
• Certification in dangerous goods awareness, a valid license for the applicable vehicle class, and cold‑chain handling certification.
