Waiter / Service Attendant

About the role

A motivated, guest-oriented Service Attendant is sought for the team at ibis Istanbul Tuzla Hotel. The role centres on welcoming guests warmly and delivering service in line with Accor standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and serve them according to Accor standards.
• Take guest orders and deliver prompt, professional and high-quality service.
• Respond to guest requests and handle complaints effectively, always prioritising guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and service standards across all operational areas.
• Monitor product stocks and support effective stock control.
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Required profile

• Good command of professional English.
• Hygiene certificate preferred.
• Strong commitment to continuously improving service quality.
• Friendly, welcoming and guest-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts; male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.
