About the role
The CARe Fleet Monitoring Specialist supports NCR Atleos' CARe program, which aims to stabilize ATM performance before issues become chronic. The role involves continuous remote monitoring, data analysis, and proactive parts ordering to reduce field visits.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor ATM fleet performance using remote access and analytical tools.
- Identify and tag ATMs showing negative performance trends.
- Proactively order parts to avoid unnecessary technician dispatches.
- Analyze performance data to detect trends and prevent escalations.
Required profile
- Proactive, analytical, and technical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English proficiency and Turkish language required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or technical sciences preferred.
Required skills
- Intermediate Power BI.
- Intermediate Excel.
