Customer Service Representative (1-Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, working in a hybrid model with one day per week on‑site in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, including order processing, tracking, delivery schedules and full order fulfillment.
• Document customer inquiries, maintain accurate order status records, and address complaints professionally.
• Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to boost satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
• Communicate supply‑chain challenges proactively and propose viable alternative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the textile industry.
• Fluent in Turkish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent data‑entry and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
