German-Speaking Customer Representative

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Representative to manage outbound calls for subscription renewals, plan modifications and service upgrades. You will proactively engage customers nearing renewal dates, provide clear information on pricing, features and promotions, and help them make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for renewals, upgrades and plan changes.
• Provide detailed information on pricing, new features and promotions.
• Process renewals, cancellations and account updates while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with support and billing teams to resolve account or payment issues.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in German.
• Strong communication skills.
• At least 6 months of sales experience.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative attitude.
