Director of Financial Control and Budget Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee financial control and budget reporting for Digiturk, a leading digital broadcasting platform in Turkey. The Director will ensure the accuracy, consistency and strategic alignment of the company’s budgets and financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and control the annual and 5‑year budgets, ensuring quantitative accuracy and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Lead monthly budget analysis, performance reporting and presentation to the CFO and headquarters.
• Monitor compliance of large‑scale purchases and investments with budgetary and financial policies.
• Evaluate feasibility of new products or customer segments against financial guidelines.
• Manage financial reporting, audit coordination and tax information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial control, budgeting and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS.
• CPA qualification (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
